Credit Card Payments

SCSIforSamplers.com is happy to accept your payment by major credit card. We offer two ways to do this: You can place your order and make a credit card payment by phone. It is very easy; once you have your decided on your order, simply call us at 727-953-6877 and place your order with us directly. You will be asked to provide your credit card information at that time (be sure to have the card in your possession so that you can supply all the needed information). We will process the order and obtain a credit card authorization for the total. We can supply that authorization number while you are still on the phone plus you will receive an additional confirmation by email if you have an email address (email address is not required but a contact phone number is required).

You can also make a credit card payment online using the Paypal website, even if you don't have (or don't want to create) a Paypal account. Just follow the instructions for paying with Paypal and when you get to the Paypal website, select the option that says "Don't have a Paypal account?". This allows you to make an instant, one-time payment with your credit card without creating a Paypal account. We ask in this case that you use the same billing and shipping address. If you need these to be different and want to use a credit card, please call us and we'll handle your payment at that time.
 
Paypal Payments

You are welcome to pay for your order using your Paypal account! We have an option on our Checkout page to Pay with Paypal and this option will take you into the Paypal website with the relevant order information all filled in. You'll simply need to login to your existing Paypal account (or create a new account if you don't have one) and complete the payment process. For more information about Paypal and how to create and use an account, please visit their secure website.

Some Paypal Requirements

We ask that you use your Confirmed Paypal shipping address as the destination for the order to ship if that is at all possible. The Confirmed Paypal shipping address is the same address where you receive your credit card bill. If you haven't yet confirmed a shipping address in your Paypal account, it is very easy to do and only takes a minute - just log in, navigate to the Profile page and select Street Address. There you can confirm your shipping address with the press of a button. If you need more information about Confirmed Shipping Addresses, please contact Paypal.

If you cannot use a Confirmed Shipping Address, then another option is to have the payment taken directly from your bank account using a Paypal eCheck. This is available to all customers with a Verified Paypal account. A Verified account means that you have given Paypal your bank account information and they have verified it to be valid. You may send an eCheck simply by changing the Funding Source when you make your payment to be your Bank Account.

Important - We Need A Valid Email Contact Address and Phone Number!

Please make sure that we have a valid email address or phone number for you so that we can contact you about your order! If you make your payment using Paypal, please make sure that the email address you used for your Paypal account is an email address that you regularly check and, if not, please supply us with your active email address or phone number in the Payment details. We will always send an order confirmation email (if possible) plus we may need to ask you a question about your order, so supplying us with a valid email address or phone number is crucial. Once you have paid for your order using Paypal, please be sure to check that email account within 1 hour for order verification that your payment was received and also to see if we have any questions about your order. If you have paid with a credit card, you will receive an email notification of the credit card charge (if you have an email address; it is optional). Thank you!
 
Payments by Money Order

We do accept payment by mail using a money order but we only accept US Postal Money Orders. No other type of money order will be accepted. US Postal money orders can be purchased at any Post Office for a small fee.

Once you have placed the products you want to purchase into the Shopping Cart and proceeded through to the Check Out page, you can print a copy of the order to mail to us along with your payment. Just click the "Print The Order" button to open a printer-ready order form. Print this order form from inside your browser (Control P will usually do it), fill it out completely, enclose it along with your US Postal money order and mail it to us at the address shown on the form. Be sure to make the Money Order payable as directed on the order form. Also be sure to provide a valid phone number or email address on the form so that we may notify you once we receive your order and can let you know the delivery tracking information.
Payment Options for Customers Outside the United States

If you live outside of the United States and wish to place an order, you need to contact us before you place the order. The reason for this is so that we can give you a correct shipping quote for the products you wish to buy. The shipping prices listed on this website are only good for shipments made inside the continental US, so for all other shipping locations, we need to figure what the shipping cost will be and give you that information before you place and pay for your order. Please email us a list of the products and quantities you want, along with the country we'll be shipping to and we will email back to you an exact shipping quote (please see the Shipping Info page for more information about the services we offer for International Shipping).

Credit Card Payments

We accept credit card payments from most countries by telephone or email. When you email us to obtain your shipping quote, please mention that you want to pay by credit card so that we can verify whether or not we accept credit cards from that location. Some countries are not allowed by our credit card processor. Once we have verified that we accept credit cards from your country, you can either call us with that information (you will need to speak some English) or you can email us the credit card information. If you plan to complete the transaction by telephone, it is a good idea to first email us your full name, credit card billing address and telephone number prior to calling, so that we can cut-and-paste that information and avoid any miscommunication when we are speaking on the phone. That way, all we will need when we are on the phone is the credit card number, type, expiration date and security code. Please note that we can only ship to the credit card billing address for shipments outside the US.

Paypal Payments

When you reside outside of the United States and wish to make a Paypal payment using your credit card, we ask that you use a Confirmed Shipping Address. A Confirmed Shipping Address means that you are using the exact same address as where you receive your credit card bill and that Paypal has confirmed that this shipping address matches the billing address. If your address is Confirmed, this will be indicated on the Street Addresses page of your Paypal account profile. Unfortunately, Paypal does not offer this option in some countries at this time; check with Paypal if you are not sure. If you cannot use a Confirmed Shipping Address, then we may not be able to accept your Paypal payment. It generally depends upon the type of account you have and the length of time you have been a Paypal member.

Bank Wire Transfers

We can accept a payment made by bank wire transfer, which means you send the money from your bank to our bank. This is a fast and easy way to make a payment but your bank may charge you a transfer fee. Contact us for the necessary information when you are ready to place your order using this payment method. This payment method will not be available for all countries.

Western Union or MoneyGram money transfer

Western Union and MoneyGram are funds transfer services which allow you to send us your payment instantly and we can receive the funds usually within one hour of you making the payment. You will make the payment at a local Western Union or MoneyGram location using cash or in some locations, you can make the payment over the phone using your credit card. To get more information and find your nearest Western Union or MoneyGram location, please check their website WesternUnion.com or MoneyGram.com. Depending upon what time of day the payment is sent, we can sometimes ship your order the same day. Please be aware that all Western Union and MoneyGram services do involve a fee to you. If you decide you want to use one of these companies to make your payment, please contact us and we will give you all the information you need to complete the transaction.
